A First Nations member of the Ojibwe band, Crystal Shawanda released her debut album Dawn of a New Day in 2008. It debuted at #2 on the Canadian Country Albums chart and #16 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart, making it the highest charted album by an Aboriginal artist in the history of SoundScan. Richard Marx has been an internationally known singer, songwriter, and producer for over twenty years. He has sold over 30 million records; written thirty-seven top 30 chart hits, thirteen of which were #1 singles; and produced mega-hits for artists such as Kenny Rogers and Keith Urban.
