This was my first major label album release. I was signed by Tim Dubois and Tony Brown to the Universal South label approximately 2 weeks after Nashville Star concluded and was so excited to have the opportunity to record this project. We released two singles in the United States from this album, “I’ll Never Do Better Than You” and “My Name”. In Canada we were blessed to release even more. The song, “My Name”, was a very personal song to write and record and I am so happy it has had a positive effect with fans.
